You can request a service via call, WhatsApp, or the website form. Once your booking is confirmed, our team will contact you to finalize the appointment time. Service charges may vary depending on location, type of problem, and required parts, and will be discussed before or at the time of the technician's visit.
Our services are currently available within Patna, Bihar — including Kankarbagh, Boring Road, Rajendra Nagar, Bailey Road, and all surrounding areas of Patna. For locations outside Patna, please contact us directly.
Service visit charges, repair costs, and spare parts pricing are quoted by the technician at the time of the visit. Final payment is made by the customer after the service is completed, via cash, UPI, or another agreed mode. AMC package terms are discussed separately.
Our services come with a limited service warranty, the duration of which varies by service type (the technician will inform you). We are not responsible for the product warranty of any third-party brand — that is honored only by the respective manufacturer. MS Water Solution will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from pre-existing equipment issues, unauthorized modifications by the customer, or improper use.
You can reschedule or cancel your service appointment by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp at least 2-3 hours before the visit. Repeated no-shows without prior notice may affect future bookings.
MS Water Solution is an independent third-party service provider and is not officially affiliated with, sponsored by, or authorized by any RO/water purifier manufacturer or brand. Any brand names used on our website or in communications are for informative reference only — the trademarks and logos of those brands are the property of their respective owners.
You may use our website only for lawful purposes. Copying or reproducing the website's content (text, images, design) without permission is not allowed.
